Change of Mind
If it's a change of mind, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the rug. Please send us an email with your details and we will send you a return form.
Please note: You need to contact us before sending the item back to us, we won't process the return otherwise. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Orders can only be cancelled within the same business day (during business hours) the order was placed.
If the item arrived damaged or had a manufacturing fault we will pick up the item and send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please send us a quick email within 3 days of receiving the item and attach photos of it.
When you receive your rug
Important: Please check your item as soon as you receive it. If there's been courier damage when the product was delivered or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us. We will pick up the item and will send you a replacement at our own cost. Please attach photos of this.
- You need to return the products back to us within 5 days of receiving them, so please let us know as soon as possible, send us an email to email@example.com and include full name, order number and reason for sending it back.
- We will send you an email with the return form.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with original tags, and with no marks or stains. Your item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase and the return form.
- The customer sends the package back to us.
Important: If items are not received under these conditions or are damaged due to incorrect or insufficient packaging, no refunds will be offered.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, you will need to send back the item and place a new order on our website.
