I like a rug that is sold out, what can I do?
You can contact us via email on email@example.com, in order to check when it will be restocked again, please include the following:
- your name and email
- the name of the rug and the size
If you are ready to buy, we can request a manual inventory check, sometimes it happens that we have a rug available in stock. If we find it we can notify you via email and we can put the rug on hold for you for a couple of hours.
If we don't hear back from you we will make it available for other customers. Please only request this if you're committed to buy it as it takes a fair amount of time for our staff to manually check this for you.
I'm unsure about the size of the rug I need, do you have a size guide?
Yes, we've included quick access to the rug size guide in every item you view, just head to the tab "size guide". Also, here's the link to the rug size guide. This is only a suggested size, we recommend you to take the exact measurements before placing an order.
What's the best rug material?
It all depends on your personal needs, where you'll place the rug, the amount of traffic it will get, how soft you'd like it to be, etc. We've prepared a rug material guide with our most popular rug materials, their pros, cons and our recommendations.
Do you have any physical locations?
We sell exclusively online to keep prices low
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-Wide
Do you ship overseas?
Not at the moment, although we are planning on shipping overseas soon
What are my payment options?
We accept credit and debit cards using:
- Visa and Mastercard
- American Express
What's the delivery time?
It depends on where we are sending your order but generally from 2-7 business days after we process your order. Perth and Darwin can take up to 15 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping included with every order.
Do you use express shipping?
We don't offer express shipping at this stage.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We only deliver during the week.
I won't be home, what can I do to get my order delivered?
By default, our items require a signature to be delivered, but you can contact us to let us know we have authority to leave (ATL) the package in a safe place, just please let us know where. Please contact us before the order is dispatched, you can send us a quick email. Once it's been dispatched there's nothing we can do.
Once the rug has been delivered to you, we are unfortunately not able to assist in the event of rug being stolen or going missing.
Alternatively, we also recommend using your work address.
I've missed my delivery, what can I do?
Usually, after you've missed your delivery the courier books a redelivery the next business day. If you miss this delivery again you need to contact the courier or you can contact us to help you arrange another delivery.
Please be noted an additional redelivery may be charged, so we recommend giving us authority to leave it in a safe place or using a work address to avoid disappointment.
