We ship our products Australia Wide and we offer FREE Shipping. (Excluding WA, NT and TAS).

Delivery Time

After the order has been placed, we can take up to 5 business days to ship your order. Your order ships from Sydney. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped and is on its way. Here are the estimated delivery times after the order has been dispatched:

The anti slip rug tapes are shipped separately.

Important: Please note that the timeframes above are only estimated and it doesn't include the day the order is picked up from our warehouse.

During peak times such as EOFY and Christmas period, shipping might take longer than expected as the shipping company is dealing with a high volume of items, we appreciate your patience with this.

Shipping

You order includes free standard shipping. Your order may be shipped separately.

Tracking

After we process your payment and the order is shipped, we'll send you an email with your order details and tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours to update.

Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
